Job Description:
  • Assist field sales team in executing business development activities.
  • Lead generation through exhaustive Market Research, cold calling, email campaigns and social media.
  • Interacting with potential customers and find the customers pain point and effectively address them.
  • Liaising with individuals identified as potential leads and working out schedules/appointments for field sales to follow up.
  • Lead qualification and opportunity generation by taking ownership of the sales process and progressing it.
  • Adapt at presenting over online tools like WebEx, GoTo Meeting, Fuze etc.
  • Regularly monitor and manage the updating of information related to leads, contacts, accounts and account hierarchies in order to maintain clean and appropriately structured database records.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • 0-2 years of experience in the IT Services and possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Experience in selling software services especially in US markets.
  • Adept in understanding different IT service offerings and ability to generate leads and build a pipeline.
  • Ability to quickly research a prospect company and tailor your presentation to their specific needs.
  • Should have flair for technology & latest happenings across the world in IT industry.
  • Good convincing & negotiation skills.
